About the Order Progress Enquiry, please don't disturb your gamers that often!

Dear Gold4rs users,

These days we are really excited to see Gold4rs is becoming more and more popular among all RuneScape players around the world, it's displayed very clearly in our Google Analytics that new users on Gold4rs have been increasing rapidly everyday, we are thrilled that all our hard work has finally been approved by our customers.

However, this has also brought us some main issues with our LiveChat Representatives, since all the time there are over 100 customers on LiveChat talking with our few Representatives, Click Here and Here to see screenshots taken from LiveChat Admin Console, over 80% of customers on LiveChat are in the purpose of checking their order progress, we understand your eager feelings but most of our dear customers just check their order progress every 10 minutes a time, every time our LiveChat Reps have to disturb the Gamers who are on your account to check your order progress, and mostly there are over 80 inquiries at a time in total, which has obviously brought a lot more pressure to both our LiveChat Reps and your Gamers, and the core issue is your Gamers DO NOT update the order progress that often because they need to focus in game to make sure a promised completion time, they do not have any other programme running on their computer except for the RuneScape window.

We update our order progress every 12 Hours a time from 3AM to 6AM and 3PM to 6PM, PST, so once you check your order progress on LiveChat or by "Order Tracking" freature on the main page, the results won't change in the next 12 Hours at most, If you go to our LiveChat Representatives too often for your order progress, they will have no idea how much it has been completed since they are not allowed to disturb your gamer that often.



If you are on LiveChat when the progress is not updated yet, you will be asked to come back again later, you can also request to be updated by emails. Anyway, the best way is keep looking in your mail box for emails from @gold4rs.com address, we always contact our customer promptly by emails during the service time, remember to check your Junk because your mail box might have a filter, if it's always in peace in your mail box then congratulations! Because soon you are gonna receive an email saying your order is complete!
