Hi everyone,

Recently the visitors on gold4rs have been constantly increasing everyday, which has brought a lot more work to our Customer Support Department, our LiveChat Representatives work very hard everyday from the time they step into the office in the morning until their off time, mostly they don't even have the time to have their lunch, not even to mention any breaks, that's because each of them always have to deal with more than 10 customers on LiveChat at the same time, they answer the customers questions one by one, and contact our gold farmers and powerlevelers sit in another room to update the orders progress, then they switch one customer to another, and at the same time they have to take chats from the new coming visitors, and... all in all, they just never stop their fingers dancing on their keyboards.

Therefore, first of all we got to appologize if anyone of our dear customers had been left waiting for a while on LiveChat these days. Before we recruit more LiveChat Operators, your great patience will be much appreciated when you are on LiveChat with our Operators.
